Thank you for choosing Wolf and Turtle Coffee! We are dedicated to delivering our freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

International Shipping: We also offer shipping to international destinations.
2. Shipping Carriers
We utilize reliable local couriers to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time.

Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak): All orders are shipped via J&T Express.

International Orders: Shipments are handled by an appropriate carrier at the current market rate.
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are calculated to be simple and transparent:

| Sabah & Sarawak | RM10.00 Flat Rate |
| International | Calculated at checkout based on the prevailing market rate. |
Note: We do not currently offer free shipping or express shipping options.
4. Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
5. Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is shipped.

Standard Domestic Delivery (Malaysia): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
6. Order Tracking
We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

Tracking: Yes, a tracking number will be provided for all orders. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely.

Policy: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

Resolution: We will resend the parcel to you at no extra cost. We just ask that you provide photographic evidence of any damage to the outer packaging and/or items when you contact us.
8. Local Pickup/Delivery

We do not offer local pickup or delivery services from our cafés or any other location. All orders must be shipped via our selected courier.
