Refund policy

At Wolf and Turtle Coffee, we strive for perfection in every bag. Because coffee is a perishable food item, we have a strict policy focused on guaranteeing the quality of the product you receive.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.

However, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it.

1. Replacement Eligibility (Damage Only)

  • Policy: We offer replacements only for items that are clearly damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Eligible Items: All products purchased from Wolf and Turtle Coffee are eligible for replacement under this policy. This includes coffee, merchandise, and all sale items.

2. Request Window

You must contact us to report the damage and request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

3. Replacement Process & Conditions

To receive a replacement for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@wolfandturtlecoffee.com with the subject line: "Replacement Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Proof: In your email, you must include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear photograph of the damaged packaging and/or the damaged product(s). This is mandatory for us to process a claim and reship your order.

  3. No Return Required: You do not need to return the damaged item. Once the damage is confirmed via the photo, we will immediately process and ship a new replacement order.

4. Resolution

  • Type of Resolution: We offer exchanges/replacements for damaged goods. We do not provide monetary refunds (cash or credit back to your card).

  • Replacement Shipping: Wolf and Turtle Coffee will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement parcel to you.

5. Processing Time for Replacements

Once we acknowledge and approve your replacement request (usually within 1 business day of receiving your email and photos), the new parcel will be processed and shipped out within 3 working days. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
